Sheeter (TRS)
- Rotary cutter is used to form hard dough biscuits. Hard dough must be formed as sheet before the rotary cutting operation so for this reason there must be used sheeter which is used to convert the lumps of dough fed into uniform rough sheet and gauge rolls or with other name calibration rollers which are used to give better finish and to adjust the thickness of sheet after the laminator or triple roll sheeter. After the forming of hard dough biscuit scrap dough must be separate and feedback to the sheeter.Three roll sheeters are used to produce uniform and homogenous dough bands of hard dough. Dough band thicknesses of about 10 mm possible.Technical data
