Gauge roll unit (DGU)
- Calibration rollers are used to reduce the thickness of hard biscuit dough sheet upto 1, 2 mm. The in-feed is through either laminator or sheeter and out-feed is to either another callibration roller or rotary cutting machine through delivery conveyor. The number of gauge roll units depends on the product as well as the capacity of the oven.Technical data
