The basic concept of the machine is to combine any three materials - two as an outside casing and the third as a filling. The machine extrudes the three materials as a continuous extrusion and a shutter device, like a camera iris, cuts and seals the extrusion to the desired weights and/or lengths. Extruder is compatable for confectionery and bakery industry and for production of different local foods. Our machine is an ideal one for a filled biscuit production. Combining different types of dough and filling you may create your original products. The capacity of a standard machine with 8 rows makes max. 690 kg/h. Besides that, we also provide machines with 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 10 rows. Due to the optional apparatus, the variety of your biscuit assortment will depend only on your imagination. Standard length of the oven, required for the filled biscuit extruding machine with 6, 8 or 10 rows is 36 meter, the width - 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm accordingly. The rotary type oven may be used for other biscuit extruding machines (with 1, 2, 4, 5 rows). Depending on your decision, the machine may be placed at the beginning or in the center of the biscuit production line. In case the extruding machine is to be placed in the center of the biscuit production line, the additional transfer band is a mandatory requirement. Due to the additional transfer band you will have the opportunity to turn off the extruding machine while the rotary forming group or cracker group is working on the same line.Technical data
