  Horizontal cooling tunnels can be produced in different capacities purpose to ensure customers requirement. Product transportation conveyor can be polyurethan belt or modular type. Cooling must be accurate because cristallization process started with temper will continue until cooling process is ended. Accurately controlled temperature will redouble the quality of the chocolate.Technical data
