Multiple storey cooling tunnels (CTFS)

• Multiple storey cooling tunnels are shorter than horizontal type cooling tunnels but this not effect its capacity. This kind of tunnels are suitable for manufacturers with limited area. It also can be used at the bottom of some moulding lines. Cooling must be accurate because cristallization process started with temper will continue until cooling process is ended. Accurately controlled temperature will redouble the quality of the chocolate.Technical data
