Elevator type cooling tunnel (CTE)
- Elevetor type cooling tunnels are shorter than other type cooling tunnels but they are higher than them. Product is moving up and down inside the tunnel to obtain the cooling. Mould nestle capacity is higher than other type cooling tunnels. This kind of cooling tunnels are suitable for cooling plain chocolate. Cooling must be accurate because cristallization process started with temper will continue until cooling process is ended. Accurately controlled temperature will redouble the quality of the chocolate.Technical data
