Caramel storage tank (cST)
- Caramel resting tanks are used to store cooked caramel. Storage tank is standing, twin-shell and/or isolated cylindrical vessel with a blender. Water inside a twin-shell coat, ensures heating and keeping a temperature of caramel. Side and bottom surface scraping of inner wall is installed.Technical data
