Batch cookers (CC)
- Batch cookers are steam-jacketed for working pressures of 7-8 atmospheres. Caramel cookers are made of stainless steel. Once the product has been cooked in the upper mixing pan it is then discharged by a centre valve to the lower pan, so the upper cooker can be prepared for the next batch.Technical data
