Rotary cutter (RC)
- Rotary cutting machine forms the shape of the biscuit out of the hard biscuit dough sheet coming from the gauge roll unit. The sharp edges of the rotary cutting roller cuts the hard biscuit dough sheet into the desired shape of the biscuits and delivers the same to the tunnel oven through a releasing conveyor. Releasing conveyor is used to deliver the shaped dough through the oven’s belt in a good order. Technical data
